Intuit, Inc. provides the Secure Patient Portal to you as a Business Associate to the Jenkins Clinic under its Intuit Health Subscription Agreement. As a Business Associate, Intuit, Inc. is subject to the rules that apply to Business Associates under HIPAA and the Health Information Technology Act of 2009 (“HITECH Act”). In order to utilize the Secure Patient Portal, you must agree to the Intuit Health Terms of Service. The Secure Patient Portal is not under the control of Jenkins Clinic and Jenkins Clinic does not assume any responsibility for the operation, content, privacy practices of the Secure Patient Portal or the technology it implements. You agree that you use the Secure Patient Portal at your sole risk. Jenkins Clinic in its sole discretion may remove the link to the Secure Patient Portal at any time and without notice.
